← Ownership approach Long-term stewardship

Ownership measured in years, not quarters.

We are a patient owner. The companies we participate in are run by their own boards and management; our role is to hold, support and hold ourselves to a documented standard.

Patience over pace

We measure ownership in years. Participations are supported through cycles rather than optimised for a near-term event, which lets the companies we hold plan on a longer horizon than fund-backed peers.

Aligned incentives

We back founders and management teams and align on the long term. Our influence is exercised through governance and support, not through operational control.

Restraint

We hold a small number of participations deliberately. Focus, not breadth, is how a permanent-capital owner adds value without overreaching.

Documented standard

The same governance framework applies to current and future participations. New acquisitions, when made, inherit the standard rather than negotiating around it.
